Or compromise service to answer incoming calls from potential new jobs?
This is a dilemma that Founder Bill Dowd addressed in 1989 when he was figuring out the process that would later become the Skedaddle process.

FRANCHISE OWNER REVIEWS
“We help people with their problems, we have respect for animals, and we improve their biggest investment — their homes. And when we’re successful with that, we have a happy customer.”
– Andrew Wheelock, SKEDADDLE franchise owner
Halifax and Truro, NOVA SCOTIA
“I knew I wanted to start a wildlife control business, but my lack of experience pushed me in the direction of choosing a franchise over trying to start my own business. Skedaddle’s wealth of experience made that startup a lot easier.”
– Marcus Mueller, SKEDADDLE FRANCHISE OWNER
madison and Milwaukee, WI

Strong Management Skills
Whether you’re running a single-van operation or a 5-10 fleet, you’ll need to be able to manage people, time, and jobs.
We give you all the tools you need to succeed so you can grow your business, but you need that growth mindset!
You don’t need to be enthusiastic about handling wildlife, but you do need to be an enthusiastic person in general: Be enthused about being your own boss and providing a valuable service to your community!
Unlike the vast majority of the animal/pest control industry, Skedaddle never uses traps or kills animals. Our focus is on reinforcing the home in order to prevent a repeat incident.
When you meet with a customer for an estimate, they want to know why Skedaddle’s humane wildlife control approach is the best and how you’ll get the job done right the first time.
